We talk through what's on your mind, explore your options, challenge assumptions, and look at the situation from different angles — so you can leave with more clarity about your next step. We work through it together it can held online or face to face.
Cancellation Policy
VALOR — Terms & Conditions A booking is confirmed only after VALOR sends a confirmation email. The client must provide accurate information and must be older than 18. The client is responsible for the agreed booking amount and any outstanding balance. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment and are subject to availability. Clients are expected to communicate and behave respectfully throughout the service. VALOR may pause or end a service if necessary due to inappropriate behavior or reasonable safety concerns. Transportation, tickets, food, drinks, and other third-party expenses are not included unless stated otherwise. Late arrival may reduce the service time and does not automatically extend the appointment. By submitting a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. فالور — الشروط والأحكام لا يعتبر الحجز مؤكداً إلا بعد إرسال فالور رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني. يجب على العميل تقديم معلومات صحيحة، وأن يكون عمره أكبر من 18 عاماً. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية مبلغ الحجز المتفق عليه وأي رصيد مستحق. الإلغاءات التي تتم قبل الموعد بـ24 ساعة أو أكثر تحصل على استرداد كامل للمبلغ. الإلغاءات التي تتم قبل أقل من 24 ساعة من الموعد غير قابلة للاسترداد. عدم الحضور غير قابل للاسترداد. يجب طلب إعادة الجدولة قبل الموعد بـ24 ساعة على الأقل، وتخضع للتوفر. يُتوقع من العملاء التواصل والتعامل باحترام طوال فترة الخدمة. يحق لفالور إيقاف الخدمة مؤقتاً أو إنهاؤها عند الحاجة بسبب سلوك غير مناسب أو مخاوف معقولة تتعلق بالسلامة. لا تشمل الخدمة المواصلات أو التذاكر أو الطعام أو المشروبات أو أي مصاريف تخص أطرافاً ثالثة، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. قد يؤدي التأخر إلى تقليل مدة الخدمة ولا يؤدي تلقائياً إلى تمديد الموعد. بإرسال الحجز، يقر العميل بأنه قرأ وفهم ووافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام.
